A basic tofu scramble base recipe. I change up the veg and add more seasons to my taste. I usually add kale, but this is a good base to follow for a yummy tofu scramble!

Ingredients
Veggies
- 1 tub tofu
- 1 onion, any varity dice
- 2 zuccini squash dice
- 8 oz mushroom coarse chop
- 1 red bell dice
Spice Slurry
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 tsp black salt aka kala namak. Get this from Indian store, it's NOT Hawaiian
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
Instructions

Prep your veggies.

Line a skillet with 1/4 c water and cook the onions about a minute.

Add the squash, bell peppers and mushrooms to the pan, and cook until the mushrooms release their delicious juices.

Crumble the tofu on top, then use the spatula to break it down into the perfect size.

Pour your slurry on top, mix and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, or until the veggies are where you want them in texture.
