
Nacho Cheese Dip
The best nacho cheese sauce I adapted from Detoxinista

Ingredients
- 1 c raw cashews soaked at least 8 hours
- 1 t salt
- 1.5 T lemon juice
- 3 T nutritional yeast
- 1/8 t turmeric
- 1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilis
Instructions

Blend everything until creamy.

Heat and use or serve in a small crock pot (or fondue pot) for dip.

Alternatively, for a chunky dip, drain liquid out of the tomatoes and reserve the tomatoes chunks. Add to the ingredients with 1/4 c of water and blend. Transfer to a bowl and mix in tomato chunks.
