Mixed Vegetable Salad

  • 1 large shallot ,chopped
  • 2 cucumbers ,peeled and chopped
  • 3 tomatoes ,chopped
  • 3 bell peppers ,chopped
  • 1 large head romaine ,chopped
  • 1 recipe chilli taiyo (link in notes)
  • 1 key lime
  • pinch of salt
  1. In a bowl, chop hand full of shallot.

  2. Peel and cube the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper and chop the lettuce.

  3. Add chilli taiyo and lime.

  4. Stir until it mix properly, sprinkle pinch of salt.

  5. Serve with hot rice.
