  I like to prep this one ahead of time so I can have a decedent breakfast without all that morning clean up. This one is a favorite in our house.

A basic tofu scramble base recipe. I change up the veg and add more seasons to my taste. I usually add kale, but this is a good base to follow for a yummy tofu scramble!
