Deconstructed Stuffed Cabbage
An old recipe I made up back when I ate meat. I've made it vegan a few times and it's fantastic. Quick, easy, and yummy.

  • 1 pkg tofu crumbles
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cabbage coarse chop
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp worcestershire
  • salt and black pepper
  • chili powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  1. Cook tofu with onion over medium high heat, add garlic for cook for another 30 seconds.
  2. Add cabbage, tomatoes and seasons; cook until cabbage is ready, about 20 on low.
  3. Add cooked rice to finish. Add more ketchup to taste.
  4. Great with hot sauce!
